This cheese has a robust and hearty character, sharp and well balanced. It is aged for 6 months giving it a unique powerful flavor for a Swiss type and a dream for those who love sharp cheese. Another quality that makes this cheese so unique it the secret herbal brine that is used to age the cheese, giving it an herbal brothy aroma and flavor.
