White Stilton is a mild, semi-soft cheese from England with a pleasantly light saltiness. It works very nicely over a salad topped with pears and walnuts. Or maybe serve it after dessert with a glass of white Zinfandel. White Stilton makes a delicious snack served simple on a cracker. It also goes really well served with a ripe pear or a crisp apple, or with bread and chutney. It is perfect over a salad topped with pears and walnuts. White Stilton with apricot’s goes extremely well with sherry, Riesling or Port. It is an excellent dessert cheese served with White Zinfandel.
