Mashed Potatoes: Make creamy mashed potatoes from scratch, starting with boiling potatoes, mashing them, and seasoning them to taste. We’ll par-cook the mashed potatoes in class, so they’re ready to finish off with ease at home.
Green Bean Casserole: Assemble this classic holiday dish with fresh ingredients, and package it up to bake on Thanksgiving Day for the ultimate comfort food side.
Rolls: Warm, fluffy rolls are a Thanksgiving staple. You’ll receive rolls that are ready to bake at home, giving you that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste without the work.
Cranberry Sauce: Learn how to make a homemade cranberry sauce from scratch, balancing sweet and tart flavors that complement the turkey perfectly.
Gravy: Using roasted turkey bones, you’ll create a rich, flavorful gravy from scratch. We’ll teach you the secrets to a smooth, velvety sauce that’s perfect for drizzling over turkey and mashed potatoes.
Pumpkin Pie: No Thanksgiving meal is complete without pie! You’ll make a pumpkin pie entirely from scratch, including the crust. The pie will be par-baked and ready to finish off in your oven at home, ensuring a fresh and fragrant dessert.
