
Thanksgiving Deluxe: Upscale Holiday Classics
Join us for an elevated Thanksgiving experience where you'll craft an impressive meal featuring gourmet dishes and receive expert guidance for a stress-free holiday.
In this hands-on class, you will learn to create a sophisticated Thanksgiving dinner that impresses family and friends. Participants will start by preparing Turchetta—a deboned turkey breast rolled with aromatic herbs and spices. You’ll gain valuable skills as you learn to roll and season your turchetta to perfection before it’s cooked at home.
You will also craft an gourmet sausage and apple herbed stuffing made with artisanal bread and seasonal ingredients, paired with a butternut squash casserole that highlights the best flavors of the fall harvest. Together, you’ll make delicious rolls with honey butter, which will be prepared in class, ensuring they are fluffy and golden.
To complement the meal, students will prepare a cranberry citrus chutney bursting with flavor, alongside gravy made from roasted turkey bones. You'll also create a delightful apple and brown butter galette with maple whipped cream, learning techniques for perfect pastry crusts and garnishes.
In addition, we’ll feature a white bean confit with parmesan twists as an appetizer, where participants will prepare the twists from scratch to accompany the dish. Finally, as a special treat, you’ll enjoy a tasting of the Thanksgiving dishes Chef Anna will prepare, paired with samples of Pinot Noir and Riesling, giving you a firsthand experience of how the flavors of your Thanksgiving meal will complement these wines.
Each participant will receive two hours of Thanksgiving Day support, from Chef Anna, to help you finalize and serve your beautiful meal, making your holiday cooking experience smooth and enjoyable.

Wine is not included in the price of the ticket, other than the two samples provided. However, select wines by the glass and other beverages will be available for purchase during class.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 3 days before the class.
Credit: Cancel less than 3 days before the class for class or in-store credit.
50% Credit: Cancel less than 24 hours before the class for 50% credit.
